Short Description
A set of 2 cassettes in this stroke recovery program, mainly for use at home by the individual. It is intended to be used in conjunction with the
rehabilitation therapy provided for out-patients. It is based on the work of the hospital therapist with additional exercises commencing in the morning, in bed, before rising.

Tape 1 - Is on the author's own stroke experience and exercises to prepare the weak limbs before rising in bed.
Tape 2 - Is on daily exercise routine for the weak upper and lower limbs.
Each tape has the pleasant, relaxing piano music played in the
background by Jan Thompson who is Howard's wife.
