Short Description
A fixed, electric pool hoist that lowers and lifts a person in and out of a pool by a remote control or switch panel at the back of the hoist. The lift will rotate with electric or manual operation. It dismantles and is suitable for domestic or commercial use.

MATERIALS
The hoist is constructed from epoxy coated marine aluminium and corrosion resistant materials.

COMPONENTS
It consists of an upright mast and a lifting arm that moves up and down along the mast. The mast is bolted to the floor at the side of an inground pool and rotates electrically or manually. The mast houses the drive mechanism and the battery. The lift arm is secured with a stainless steel hinge pin and is removable when not in use. Choice of chair, platform or sling assembly.

SEAT
A heavy duty plastic seat is attached to the end of the lift arm. It has lift up arms at the sides and in front of the person. The armrests are covered with neoprene rubber foam.

CONTROLS
The hoist is operated via a hand held control on an extendable cord or a switch panel at the back of the lift. The hand held control is used to lift and lower the lifting arm. It can also rotate the hoist through 360 degrees, but only when the lift arm is in the highest position. It is also available with manual rotation.

POWER SOURCE
Battery located on the mast. It can be recharged through a solar panel or by direct wiring into the mains power supply. This must be done by a qualified electrician.

DISMANTLING/FOLDING
The lightweight lift arm is lifted from the mast by removing a hinge pin. When not in use the mast remains at the side of the pool.
