Short Description
A mobile, battery operated hoist which can be used to lift and transfer a person to and from a bed, chair or the floor. Suitable for domestic or commercial use.

More Details
. The hoist has an epoxy coated steel frame.
. The mast is upright with an angled boom, padded spreader bar and a U-shaped base, which includes an electrically operated leg adjustment.
. A rectangular shaped push handle is mounted at the top of the mast.

. The hoist features a "Space Link" device, which is designed to increase maximum lifting height.

. The standard spreader bar has two points of attachment for a sling and the padding is removable.
. A range of slings can be selected to use with the hoist in sizes ranging from extra small to XXL. Styles of slings available include general purpose, general purpose with head support, tilt/pivot, amputee and paediatric slings. Slings are attached to the hoist via a key-hole clip.

CASTORS
. Swivel style, 100mm (4") diameter castors on the front and rear, with foot operated step-on lockable brakes on the rear.

CONTROLS
Hand held on an extendable cord with separate push buttons for raising and lowering the hoist at a single speed, and opening and closing the base legs.
. A hook on the hand piece allows it to be mounted on the hoist when not in use.

POWER SOURCE
A battery mounted on the mast of the hoist. An auditory alarm indicates low battery charge.

BATTERY CHARGING
The hoist is connected to an off-board battery charger and then to a power source.

SAFETY FEATURES
The hoist has an emergency stop button and an emergency lowering device.
