Short Description
An electric, battery operated mobile hoist which can be used to transfer a person to and from a seated or lying position, or to and from the floor. Designed for commercial, bariatric adult use. A range of spreader bars, slings and accessories are available.

More Details
. This hoist is made of powder coated steel, and comes standard with a light blue mast and dark blue spreader bar and boom. Optional colours include a grey mast with either yellow, green, orange, or purple spreader bar and boom.

. The Maxi Move features an 'SVS' (Stable Vertical System) which comprises a vertical lifting action, anti-swing system, and single boom. These assist to maintain the same distance between the boom and the user throughout the lift.
. The push handles are an upside-down U shape.

. The base is U-shaped and features powered leg adjustment via the hand held remote controller.

. A range of spreader bar options are available.

SLINGS
Available in a range of styles, including loop and clip attachment designs.

CONTROLS
Operated via a hand held remote control on an extendable cord. Push buttons operate the raise and lower functions. All functions are battery powered.

POWER SOURCE
The hoist has a removable battery with a visual and audible low battery warning.

BATTERY CHARGING
The battery is removed from the hoist and placed it in the recharge holder and connected to a mains power point.

CASTORS
Twin castors, 100mm diameter. The two rear castors are lockable.

SAFETY FEATURES
The hoist has an emergency stop button and manual emergency lowering device.

A range of spreader bar options are available, including
1. Four-point mechanical DPS (Dynamic Positioning System) which features a tilting spreader bar with an open-style design. Used with the Arjo clip slings. Available in small (suitable for small adults and children) and medium.
2. Four-point powered DPS is similar to the mechanical model, but can be operated electrically via the hand control. Available in medium and large (suitable for larger adults).
3. Two-Point Spreader Bar which can be used with the Arjo loop slings and walking jacket.

A range of stretcher options are also available, including:
1. Soft Stretchers to support the suer in a supine position. Available in large and extra large sizes, with or without a commode aperture.
2. Scoop Stretchers provide a rigid lifting surface that may be suitable for users with spinal conditions.
3. Strap Stretchers consist of a series of broad straps that slide under the user in a supine position.

An optional 'Combi' attachment will enable the interchange of spreader bars and stretchers.
