Short Description
A push/transit wheelchair with gas operated, single action full chair tilt in space, which enables the complete chair to be angled whilst maintaining the original seating position. It has an aluminium frame and is available in a range of sizes, with a range of options. May be customised.

This push/transit wheelchair has a gas operated tilt in space mechanism that is adjustable using either a foot lever located at the base of the frame or a hand lever located on the push handles at the rear of the chair. A tilt assist bar which extends from the push handles facilitates the operation of the tilting of the chair. The chair can be tilted backwards to 45 degrees and forwards to 10 degrees. Also features anti tip wheels.
The chair has slung synthetic upholstery which is stretch resistant and washable. Customised seating is optional. It is available in a range of epoxy coated colours and with various options to the footplates, armrests, backrest, wheel and castor sizes and styles and customised seat width, depth and height.
Also available with a recline option.
REAR WHEELS are 300mm (12") diameter, pneumatic transit wheels. Other size options are available.
FRONT CASTORS are 150mm(6") or 200mm(8") diameter, wide pneumatic tyres.
ARMRESTS are padded. They are either T style height adjustable or dual point height adjustable.
FOOTPLATES are swing away, flip up, removable and height adjustable. Other options include composite footplates and one piece footplate.
BRAKES are attendant operated, lever style.
